ARCOTHERM Pvt Ltd. was started die casting in year 2000 with local company engaged in design and manufacturing of pressure die-casting dies and injection moulding dies, it has got iso 9001-2008 systems.

ARCOTHERM Pvt Ltd is equipped with high-tech and advanced tool room machines for its manufacturing process, like- deckel maho dmc-65v, it is a gantry design machine with 18000 rpm with highest dynamic and precision, and with makino vertical machining centres, edm machines, jig grinding machine and many tool room conventional machines with all latest measuring and inspection equipments.

ARCOTHERM Pvt Ltd has got excellent tool design facility with latest cad/cam software from Israel Cimatron e-8.0 and pro-engineers wild fire 3.0 working with well trained engineers.

At present we have the design and manufacturing capacity of 50 tons to 460 tons locking capacity.
